I apologize in advance because I am sure this is answered somewhere here...
When do the gates to the parks open? Rope drop is at the times listed, but the gates to the parks open before that to allow people to get into position for rope drop, right?
I am asking this because I realized that when I leave Florida, I will arrive back in Southern California with plenty of time to get to California Adventure for a quick sundae and Disneyland for a few rides. This made me realize that I might be able to do six parks in one day if I drive my rental car to each park as early as possible, run through the gates, then exit so I can get to the next park. I looked and Animal Kingdom is opening early that day, so I would probably start there.
My wife thinks I am crazy and told me she would take the Magical Express with the luggage and our kids to the airport. She also promised to laugh at me if I miss the plane and needed to buy a new ticket to get home. I would so deserve it! She loves me though, so she also said she would pick me up when I finally got back to California.
