When do DDP prices generally increase?

We are planning a spring break (mid-March) trip, and we are trying to decide how soon we should add the dining plan. Thanks!!

They increase starting with stays on Jan 1st each year and you pay for the plan price for the time you go and get the plan available when you check in. It won't matter when you add it to your reservation the price will be the same. Packages including dining are not available until they have set the dining price for the following year.
