When do '04 rates go online?

Hello all you DISers! I'm back after a long absence planning a Feb. '04 trip!!!

I've been cruising throughout the web looking at rates for
2/22-27/04 and most online services do not have '04 in their system: Expedia, Travelocity, Disney.com, even Dreams Unlimited! I see that some properties have '04 rates online, but when should the others be available?

I haven't booked anything yet as I'm trying to do some comparison shopping, but I know that I ought to at least book a room to have something and then update as rates and discounts become available.

We've been spoiled by the Poly on our last trip -- but it was during value and now we're going during Peak season ( yikes what a difference a few days make!) and we love the convenience of the monorail. Hoping for some discounts!

Any tips would be appreciated as usual!

We had the same problem, and just called CRO to get quotes. WE could find airfare prices, but no resorts.
