When did the snack items change?

We were there in Feb 2006 and were given a VERY limited list of what we could use our snack credits for. By the end of the week, we were a bit tired of MM ice cream bars and rice crispy treats! Don't get me wrong, we love them, it is just not much fun to eat them every single day!

We will be there again for 8 days in Jan 2007. I hope we will be able to use the awesome list I saw at the beginning of this message board!

When did this become the official list and not what Disney spells out on the website under the Dining Plan rules?

I believe the snacks expanded on May 1. You will absolutely be able to take advantage of the list you have seen (unless of course there are more changes between then and now).

in july the food court at pop had signs on everything that you could get for a snack credit... "wow a whole box of little donuts- and their a brand-name too"
Me looking at the entemanns donuts which were considered a snack credit.. lol

That's awesome about the change! When we went back in 2005, the only snacks we could get were 20 oz. drinks, ice cream bars, and popcorn. I don't remember it being anything more than that. It was really hot so I think we used most of them on bottled water and drinks!

When we were there in May they were starting to revise their snack items. We stopped for Ice Cream at Ice Creams of Extinction and were told that the new items were just added about two weeks previously. Now just about anything $4.00 and under can be purchased with a snack credit.
