When did the price go up to buy points from Disney!! $19!!

I almost fell off of my chair! Every year we buy extra points to complete our trips...I just called MS to add on the extra night and it went from $15 to $19!! I cant believe I missed this news! When did it happen!! What is next!! I cant believe all of these price increases!!

In Oct 2017, the price increased to $17. In Oct 2018, the price increased to $19.

I don't see the OTUP price as being totally out of line. We have owners renting/transferring points at close to that price now, and OTUP are easier to obtain and use than transferred points.

Ok maybe $19 is a little high, but anything you buy from Disney is expensive. OTUP are no exception.
