I hope you had a fantastic day and good luck with the work party.
I did really well with eating today and actually DID go to the gym after work. Oh, I have to brag just a little bit. I RAN on the treadmill. Granted it was only 4 minutes out of the 30 that I was on, but I havent ran for more that a few steps since high school and that was a LONG time ago. I could only run for one minute then had to go back to walking till my heart rate came back to something less likely to make me pass out (well maybe it just felt like I was going to pass out). I know its not much, but I feel really proud to have pushed and not care what I looked like on the treadmill. I was afraid I would fall off, but whenever I was worried I just grabbed the handrails. I actually didnt drag my foot at all (even when I was just walking). Anyway, I was able to do 2 miles in 30 minutes. Trust me, that is HUGE for me.
