When did I become so addicted to gum? Your addictions?

(Borrowing from the fear thread.) I can't help it. If I even think about gum I have to have some. My mouth starts watering and I can't think about anything else until I get some gum to chew. I never smoked so it's not a replacement for that. I'm not a diet, although I could stand to lose a few pounds. :rolleyes1

Do you have any addictions? Please share. :)

As for me, I'm off to find some gum.

Gum (Stride- current faves are Uber Bubble and Sweet Peppermint) and chapstick (vanilla mint). Also, I must lotion my hands a few times a day or they feel uncomfortably dry.
McD tea reminded me of another...their icecream cones! Dh and I (sometimes with kids) get them a few times a week. You can't beat a low-fat icecream snack for one dollar!

Candy-coated gum is my current downfall.

And get this. Sea salt rocks. I have NO idea where it came from, except that I was re-filling my sea salt grinder at work (I eat at my desk a lot) and I had some left-over that wouldn't fit. When I have a craving for junk food, I just pop a rock. This must be VERY, VERY bad for me because I enjoy it too much.

Candy-coated gum is my current downfall.

I love buying gumballs from the gumball machine! It's like gambling...will I get my fave, blue, or not? Where else can you get that kind of excitement for a quarter?:rotfl2:

McDonald's Sweet Tea! Yummmmmmm

Me too! Heaven in a cup for only $1!

I'm also addicted to Life Savers Wint O Green mints. I've actually had to stop buying them though, because if I buy a bag, the bag will be gone in less than a day. Definitely not good for my teeth.

I used to love gum as well but can't chew it anymore. The artificial sweetener wreaks havoc with my digestive system.

Coke Zero!! Started out with just one can and day and now I can't live without 3 cans a day. I've given it up twice, but just can't stay away!

Hmmm i can think of several of my addictions

1. Caffeine. A nice frozen can of Coke is heaven
2. Bubble yum Gum
3. Gobstoppers

My top three:

Coke Zero
Mc D's Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Coffee
Ghiradelli's dark chocolate squares

Diet Coke. Cold, in a tall glass with a lot of ice. Mmmmmmmm

At the moment I am addicted to WaWa decaf hazelnut coffee in the mornings, with sugar a splash of light cream and fat free milk... 24 oz size.
Purdue Perfect Portions Italian for either sandwiches or on a salad are my lunch 'thing'.
For sweets, I just love Barley pops and stop to pick one up whenever I come across them, currently only Gertrude & Hawk have them near me.
My whole life I have gone from one simple fad to another, there were 2 entire years when I worked in NYC that I had a Blimpie Chef Salad EVERY SINGLE DAY. What can I say? I'm a creature of habit and find comfort in everyday sameness.:thumbsup2

Coke (can't stand Diet Coke) and Bert's Beeswax lip balm.

I try to limit myself to 2 Cokes a week because they're soooo bad. But I crave them constantly.
