When did Disneyland.com stop including ART transportation in packages?

It's been over 10 years since I've stayed at a hotel with ART. I just stay at Tropicana, or another place walking distance. I was looking at hotels last night and noticed adding ART isn't an option anymore. Why is that? And does ART sell tickets good for the whole trip,or do you have to pay for each ride individually?

Its been a long time since it was included. You can purchase one day, 3 day, 5 day, 15 day etc passes.
