When did 60-day rule for AP rates start??

It's been a long time since I've been on the board. We've been to WDW a lot, and often we do short-term trip planning. I guess that's not going to happen anymore !!
I think there may be fewer trips to WDW now.

It started sometime last year, I think during the summer...it started out as being 120 days and then they changed it to the 60 days a few months later.
