When changing the resort reservation, what will happen to ADR's?!

We are in a constant doubt; staying off site, staying on site... Changing our minds with every room or new villa we see.
So I've decided we're going for on site with the free dining currently offered in the UK.
However; if we decide to change our minds again within the 180 days before our trip (so after making the ADR's) and we were to cancel our package reservation and just book tickets through the official website what would happen to our ADR's could we keep them or do we have to make new ones?

Nothing as ADR is not linked to room reaervation at all. It only unlocks your added booking days.

Nothing happens. We changed our dates from June to November and I had to go on the website and cancel all my June dining reservations.

Nothing. I cancelled and re-booked a hotel for our July trip recently and was worried also our ADRs. They all stayed, though.
