When cancelling ADRs make sure the CM

has the right restaurant & has entered the correct ADR #. I cancelled 5 of our ADRs over the weekend and the first ADR he said "party of 5 for CRT at 11:30" and I said "yes". The second ADR he didn't say anything and I waited and waited for him to confirm the restaurant - he didn't (he might have been waiting for his computer). I jumped in & said "that should be the Crystal Palace at 11:30" and he said "nope I have the Flying Fish for that". I'm not sure if he would have said anything or not but too much time passed IMO and he didn't say anything.

I repeated the number...he had entered the ADR confirm # wrong - which I'm sure happens a lot BUT make sure they have the correct restaurant before they cancel it. Anyways he cancelled the correct one but boy that would have been awful if he cancelled the wrong one.
