When can you create your first lightning lane? (Early Entry)

Subject probably says it all, however I don't want to interpret different individuals wording. If I'm going to either DL or DCA for Early Entry, what time today would I be able to book my first lightning lane? So I enter the park I guess say 7:15AM, and then at 7:30AM able to access things in the park. Can I create a lightning lane reservation starting at 7:15AM or does it have to wait to create my first one at 8:00AM even though I'm already in the park?

Some say it's when you enter the park and some when the "park opens".

You will be able to book your first lightning lane once you scan into the park. Your two hour window starts at that time.

Like EEva said, you can book your first lighting lane once you scan into the park. I always set a 2 hour timer on my watch to remind myself to book the next one, if the return time is more than 2 hours out. If the return time is less than 2 hours, remember to book your next one as soon as you scan in.
