When can I rejoin Hotwire Savings Club after quitting?

I just joined the Hotwire Savings Club and plan on using it for about four months. I will be ordering lots of gift cards, movie tickets, restaurant certificates, and park tickets. However, after about four or five months I think I will have what I need. Here is my question. Can I rejoin next year and start the process all over again? I would be quitting mainly because I will have maxed out on the Target and KMart gift cards! Thanks!!

I quit because of no more Target/Kmart gift cards, and rejoined the same month under DH's name. That wasn't even questioned. (But I am maxed out again, after buying a swingset!)

I am not sure how long you have to wait under your own name.
