when can I make dining reservations...help!

I am having a dumb moment....If I am staying offsite beginning May 16, when can I make my online dining reservations? And is it for the whole time? Thanks!!

For May 16, you can make reservations on November 17 (Monday).
For May 17, you can make reservations on November 18.
For May 18, you can make reservations on November 19.
And so on.

You can't make them all at once on the 17th because you are not staying at a Disney resort.

Ok, I have kinda the same question but I'm staying onsite. (Pop Century with dining plan) May 16th check in - May 25th check out

What if I arrive on the 16th but am not making a dining ressie until the May 17th. Can I still call on Monday Nov 17th (tomorrow) and reserve all my meals for the week?
