When can I link tickets purchased online?

I seem to remember that if I buy tickets online, there are shipping options. That implies physical tickets. Will I also get the ticket numbers immediately upon purchase so I can link them now? Also, we have room only reservations and need the cancellation policy that comes with that. Assume this will not convert to Package and change the cancellation timeframe because I now bought tickets.

Yes, you can have the tickets sent to you so you have them, or the option of o pick them up at will call. I had mine shipped for our trip last year because I couldn't figure out how else to get the ticket number to link it to the ressie. It could have been in the confirmation email and I just don't remember. As long as you purchased your park tickets separately and didn't change anything with your room, then the room only policies still apply. Once you get the ticket numbers, linking the tickets and the room will take only seconds.

Did you buy your tickets from WDW or from a third party vendor? If from WDW and you are staying on site, it will automatically link to your MDE and your magic band will be your entry into the parks. If you bought it from someone like Parksavers, they will email you your code to enter into MDE, which will link them to your account and again, no need for physical tickets, your MB will get you into the park.
