When Can I expect to get my points?

We are signing papers today and mailing them back -papers state closing date as Nov. 18. Will my points be made available before then? I need to bank them by Oct 31, guide stated there would be no problem doing this-I'm worried!!

Did you buy direct through Disney or resale? If direct, your points are available now.

I did buy direct and checked the member website and could not access them.

I'm not sure how long it takes to get on the member website but they would be available by calling member services as soon as your deposit is processed.

It took about 24 hours from the time I made my deposit to the time my information was in the computer.

If more than 24 hours have gone by, call Member Services. They can bank the points for you.
