When can I expect refund?

Hello, DCL just cancelled our April 22 Magic sailing. I am one of the few people who are happy about this, as it was booked as concierge and the remaining amount was pretty high. When can I expect the refund to be issued? Thanks!

Did you contact DCL for the refund? Unless you contact them (or, if you booked with a TA they will have to call) DCL will assume you are taking the 125% off vs the refund. As to the speed of the refund, a week before the April cruises were cancelled I called to cancel a cruise and received the refund in 6 days.

It is. But it wouldn't hurt to contact DCL and request it.

Cancelled a cruise earlier this month. Had the full refund in less than a week.

Yes if that's the case then automatic refund. If you haven't received it in the next couple of days I would call DCL then just to make sure it's coming back

When I asked for my refund after my PIF Concierge cruise was cancelled, I was told it could take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on my original form of payment. It showed up after 7 days.
