When can I book for November?

Does anyone know when the winter season start again? Looking at booking for November,

I think the brochure is due out at the end of June/beginning of July. I may be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that you could book it now, if you gave them a ring. Anyone else know if this is possible?

you can book early november now I think however for the christmas season i've been told late June
