When can i bank/use add on points?

Monday i added points at OKW. Tuesday they are showing up online, but it says i cannot bank them yet. I'm assuming because, i haven't actually got and returned the paperwork yet. My problem is: I want to book OKW for Christmas, and i could start the day by day reservation today. But i cant because i need to bank these Augusts 2006 points into August 2007 points to make my December 2007 reservation. (Also need to bank them within the banking deadlines which is 1/31, and fast approaching). Does anyone have any idea how long i would have to wait to bank these points and make my reservation?

Call MS and see if they can bank the points for you, or give you the reason why they cannot be banked. I'm sure I've read posts where others who added on were able to bank the points right away so this might just be a glitch in the system.
