When can my guests book their discounted rooms?

Have you already set up your room blocks? Have they been accepted? I believe DFTW will give you a number to have your guests call so they can book the special rates.

He sent me the room block paperwork, which I filled out and sent it back but he can't confirm rates until the 8 months prior to the wedding.

So you'll probably have to wait till then for them to book at those rates. Now if rates pop up for your dates for the general public they can book those and you can add them to your block but they won't qualify towards your free night just the 25 minimum.

I'm a DVC member and the resort I'm staying in is one of the deluxe resorts I chose for my room block, does that count towards my 25 night minimum?

If the DVC resort is included in your block then it should count. I dont know if you have to put the DVC resort or the Deluxe resort attached to it. You would have to ask your planner.
