When booking ADR, request busiest restaurants 1st?

Tomorrow is my big day and I'm freaking out.

I know I have to try to get my CRT ressies 1st and that will be (hopefully) my 6th or 7th day from the start of my vacation. Do I skip around on my list to try to get all the character meals booked next, then move onto hard ones like Ohana and Boma?

Any tips will be appreciated. The following are the ones I would like to get in no specific date order. I am not sure what is hard to get so if anyone can take a look at my list i would appreciate it.

CRT ( late breakfast )
Chef Mickey's ( late breakfast Fri. EMH @ MK )
Crystal Palace ( 6 pm Wed. EMH @ MK )
Ohanas ( 5 pm )
Rose and Crown Pub ( for Illuminations? 7:30 or 8 pm )
Boma ( 5:30 pm )
Sci Fi Cafe ( 5 pm )
Alfredo's ( 1 pm )
Kona Cafe ( 1 pm )

Thanks,

Jackie

Very few people call that early for anything other than CRT, really. I wouldn't sweat trying to line them up in order, just get CRT first and then move down your list.

IMO this is the way you should go thru it...

CRT
Ohana's (since you want 5pm, that is hard to get sometimes)
Chef Mickey's
Boma's
Crystal Palace
Kona
Sci Fi
Rose n Crown (book 7:30pm, not 8pm - if you want a patio table)
Alfredo's

HTH and good luck!

Thank you both.

I was on hold this morning for 40 minutes, received the message about CRT being booked up, but I was able to get CRT breakfast for our last day at WDW. Got all my ADRs close to the time I would have liked so I am thrilled. May try to change R & C to 7:30 per your suggestion - I have 7:50 pm right now.

I think 7:50pm would be fine but it can't hurt to do 7:30pm. Everyone being seated around that time wants a patio table and once people are seated around 7:30pm and on, NO ONE is getting up until after 9pm - so it is hard to get a patio table and you may have to wait longer then normal. Just an FYI - we sat on the patio but not really in site with Illuminations - they let you go down the end where people can stand and watch - same with if you were sitting on the inside. So a patio table is nice but it isn't necessary. You have to go in the pub and get a beer while waiting to be seated - I love that bar, it is very lively.

Congrats on all your ADR's!!

Thanks Suzanne. I did try to get the 7:30 pm ADR but none available so I will take our chances with the later one. If you sit inside, do they allow you to go out to see Illuminations when it starts? How crowded does this viewing area get? if you don't mind the additional questions.
