If you have DVC membership if you have enough points to cover your stay do you have to pay anything else at the time of your stay?

If you are booking outside of the DVC Resorts, there is a $95 booking fee including WDW resorts, Disneyland resorts and the Disney Cruise Line among others.

If you are booking the Disney Cruise via Member Services, any cash portions along with the $95 fee would be due in full at booking also.

No fee at the Disneyland Resorts (Disneyland Hotel, Paradise Pier) or FW campsites.

From the WDW non-DVC resort chart:

A non-refundable $95 transaction fee applies per confirmed reservation (excluding
Disneyland Resort hotels in California and campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort &
Campground in Florida). If payment is not received at the time of confirmation, Disney
Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

If yuor stay is at a DVC resort adn paid for with points, you will owe nothing else for lodging.

Of course, if you have added one of the Dining Plans, buy tickets at check in, order extra housekeeping services or charge anything back to your room, you would have to pay for those. If not, you will have no bill when you check out. :)

DVC + second trip of an Annual Pass + air miles = NO CASH NEEDED! Well, in theory. Reality = tips + souvenirs + Christmas presents ++++.
