When are you going to Aulani?

We are arriving June 9th.

We have decided to REALLY splurge on this vacation. We will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary (early) and my parents 50th Anniversary (late). We originally had a 2 bedroom standard view booked using our 11 month window and today I was able to use some of my banked 2011 points from OKW and SSR to upgrade to a 2 bedroom dedicated ocean view villa. We actually will be adding one more night to our reservation because our plane doesn't leave until 9:40 pm and we did not want to be homeless for our last day in paradise.

We have splurged on first class airline tickets and 8 nights in an ocean view villa. I am so excited!

This is a BIG gift for my parents. 50 years together is huge and my Dad has alzheimer's so I am not sure how many great traveling days I have left with him. This is going to be FABULOUS!!!!!

We'll be there June 10-15 in an Island View 2bdrm. We are soooo excited!!! Our first trip for everyone going to Hawaii! We are also trying to plan a stop in San Diego going and comign to see my brother whom I don't get to visit much since he's there and I'm in NC. We are looking at a 6pm flight out so I'm hoping they will hold our luggage for us like they do in the World until we are ready to head to the airport. Anyone know?

Also, I've seen that many people say you should rent a car. Any recommendations on whom's easier to work with..like located at the airport, etc. I would assume Hertz and Enterprise but I haven't checked. And you know what they say about assuming.

We are so excited. We will be there December 17th - 24th.

Then over to Waikiki for Christmas and a few more days of island fun. Christmas in Hawaii!! Yeah!

We haven't done it for obvious reasons but our DBF's roommate did and she enjoyed the cruise quite a bit. We gaze longingly at that ship most Mondays wishing it was the Wonder so we could stow away on it.

I've done the cruise before - on the "ship formerly known as the NCLA Pride of Hawaii"(before it got changed to the Norwegian Jade and left Hawaiian waters). Even for a local, it was a lot of fun experiencing the islands in a different way and of course, at sea days were still great and trying out the different restaurants. Food wasn't as great as some other cruise lines we've been on (Princess, Celebrity, etc.) but the variety was still good!

We have reservation for Sept 29 for a OV studio. and Sept 30- Oct 7 we have a 2 bedroom OV. We are going one day early to get all the goodies for our 25 Yr Anniversary party vacation.
When the 7 month window comes up we are adding a 1br OV to our reservation. It is cheaper to get a 1br OV and a 2br OV than a villa.

Would like to go either November 2012 or March 2013. This gives me plenty of time to convince hubby. He hates flying and this will be a much longer trip than Florida for us. Our 20th anniversary will be in 2013 so if I can't convince him for November - I am pretty sure I will be able to for sometime in 2013! I have said I wanted to go to Hawaii for our 10th anniversary and we didn't. So, 20th is an even better reason to go!

A co-worker asked DH if he knew that Disney had a resort in Hawaii that was beautiful! DH said "Yes, and Bobbi has us planned to go there in May 2013." He laughed and said "I don't know where I'm going in May 2012!"
