We purchased air and 21 day ultimate ticket via wdw holidays so does it only link when paid in full (guessing they issue the tickets then??) Thanks

If they are showing by around the 90 day mark then get in touch but the MDE is still very buggy and the support teams are working to improve it. At this stage as long as your invoice is correct and you are not travelling within 2 to 3 months I would leave it.
