When Are They Selling New Resort

We hired a boat to watch the fireworks and saw the new Contempary DVC building Anyone know when they will sell it. Saw the walkway to the Monorail but not completed. We were at the VWL anf the fireworks were super They practices the July 4th fireworks for 2 nights On the lake one night and didn't realize how nice it was to sit on the beach in a chair and had a great view Could have saved the $240 for the boat

WELLLLL...."Rumor" has it maybe mid to late August....but nothing is confirmed that its a DVC! We are all just waiting...
