When are the Utah Fall breaks for schools???

Ok so I keep hearing that the Utah Break is over the Weekend starting Today through Monday the 20th??
Is this true???
If so isn't that kind of a short break?

Anyhow this is just a curious question, more so because i keep hearing about it, plus I am wondering if we should be expecting massive crowds next Wednesday and Thursday October 22nd and 23rd?

According to that link, you should be OK tink. Most counties have their break the 16th and 17th, although there are a few the 20th and 21st. Assuming that they all go home on the 21st, the parks should not be too bad mid-week next week. We're heading down to DLR on Monday ourselves. Have a great trip!

It started yesterday.

Parks were relatively uncrowded, though hot, Monday (which was surprising, since it was Columbus day) through Wednesday. But it was pretty clear by Thursday a.m. that Utah had escaped to Anaheim. Pretty crazy! Still not as bad as spring break was, though.

I will have my LGM, it will be attached and hanging from my purse which will be a purple purse. If you spot me say hello because I have it posted in my pre-trip and post trip report that whoever (if anyone) from DIS boards spots my LGM on my purse and then says hello to me that I have a little gift for them!!! So if it is you then you get the gift.
I thought this would be a great fun thing to do so as soon as we arrive early Wednesday morning about 8am I am going to hit WOD (if it is open yet) and get a little gift to carry around with me in my purse so if by chance a DIS board member finds me one of the 2 days we will be there I can give them a gift!
Looking forward to DL and the possibillity of meeting some of my DIS board family members!!!!

I sure hope I will have my LGMH. That's one of the things that is on The List for me to do this weekend. I actually have it, but need to do something with it. The girls have a beading kit, so I'm going scrounge in that and put something together. I'm also going to hang mine off my tan purse, so look for me too. We should be doing MM on Thursday, so keep an eye out for us in FL, and I'm guessing that we'll be in DCA on Wednesday.

Are you staying onsite?? If so, what hotel? we will be at the GCH so if you will be there then you can also look to spot my there.

We're at the DLH, so we'll be walking by the GCH every morning on the way to the parks!

Any tips for what to attach my LGMH sticker to? It seems kind of flimsy just to be attched by itself without some extra backing. What have you done with yours?

What I did was go to Walmart and got some of the self laminating stuff and laminatied the Mickey and then took a beading stretchy bracelet and cut it to run it through a hole I puncnhed in the Mickey and then retied it and hooked it onto my purse.
I will try to take some pictures of it over the weekend and post it here in this thread so you can see.

it is always between the DLH and the GCH for us.
In June we stayed at the DLH so we figured this time if there was a good AP rate available for the GCH then we would book that one this time around.

I cut out the LGMH's and the laminated them, after gluing them back to back so that both sides are LGMH.

I promise at some point tommorow or even really late tonight or should I say early morning like 1am, 2am, 3am if I can't sleep I will get some pictures uploaded and post them here to share.
I think they turned out ok and will do, however I have seen other DIS board members post there samples in the past and they look awesome. (sp)?

I had 3 different LGMMHs hanging off my person (two on the back of my baggalini, one on the front) and we kept our eyes peeled, but I never saw so much as a glimpse of a fellow DISer for the whole 5 days! There's so many people there-- really, what are the chances? I would have loved to have seen somebody-- there were 6 of us staying at HoJo alone on Tuesday! -- but no deal. Ah, well.

Aaaaaah! I only have one. Actually, I had 2 but I let DD7 play with one of them and it's now part of one of her art projects. Adding Home Depot to my list of errands to run tomorrow.

Ok as promised,
I am back to post a picture of my LGMH's

Please don't laugh, I know they are sort of generic but they are LGMH...well at least one of them is they only had 2 of them at Home Depot so I had to get another shade as close as I could for my other one.
Also note I made the one with the DIS Board name on it inot Minnie Mouse by putting some bows on
