When are the Tax rebate checks being sent out?

I read about these extra refund checks a few months ago, but have forgotten when they will be issued. Anyone know?

I saw a schedule somewhere, and if I remember correctly they were sending them out in numerical order according to the last 2 (?) numbers of your social security number. It seemed like most were going out the end of July/beginning of August.
