When are the new year's mtc fees published.

New member here, I understand that I will get a bill sometime in January. But I'm just curious as to when the new maintenance fees for the following year will be published.

The bill for us always arrives right after Christmas. IIRC, it seems to me that the estimates are published a couple of weeks prior to that earlier in December.

That information is usually availble right after the annual meeting the begining of December. It is usually mailed out shortly after that.

I agree that forums like this are a great way to check out the facts and get opinions from people who already made the same purchase you were considering. Of course, if we weren't happy with it we wouldn't hang around here so it isn't really an unbiased view. Still, I think the people here are straightforward and will discuss the pros and cons of DVC.
