When are the dues statements mailed ?

if i remember right the dues are due by jan. 31, when does dvc accounting mail the statements to their members?

Usually toward the end of the year.

The dues are "due" January 15 with a grace period until February 15. After that, there is a penalty and interest added on. If you'd like to use the monthly automatic withdrawal from a bank account you have to let them know. There is no interest charged. The bill generally comes between Christmas and New Year's...great timing.

They must mail the dues statement right before Christmas. Our last two have arrived on December 26th!

One thing about the due dates: if you have a reservation starting prior to Feb. 15, 2004, you will need to have paid in full (if you pay annually) or arranged for automatic monthly payment (if you pay monthly) prior to check-in. Dues must be current at the start of a reservation. We go to WDW and VB for a week right after New Year's each year. When we paid our dues in a single lump sum (I used to charge it to a credit card to get the "points"), I would call right when the statement arrived so we would have no problem at check-in. Now we just do a monthly auto debit from a bank account, so I don't worry about this.

plus we are almost at the point of receiving a check from the credit card company and that will be nice for our next trip!
