I was wondering when the AllStar resorts are less crowded and which one? I was thinking the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a week or the 1st or 2nd week in December.....Any Advice?

Thanks

My one suggestion would be to avoid Dec. 1st - 8th

Thats Pop Warner Championship week and they will be present at the All Stars (with possible exception to movies). Simply do a search on here about Pop Warner week to read more about that event and crowds.

Dec really is such a nice time to go with the decorations and events!

The week after Thanksgiving is a nice time to go imo! It'll still be crowded when you arrive on Sat...but you'll see them all leaving on Sunday! Not sure which All Star would be less crowded though:confused3 . But I like Pop because it is seperate from the others and the busses are sometimes less crowded (not stopping at each all star resort).

remember that first weekend in Dec they are now shooting the TV version of the Mickey's Christmas Party - so it can be very crowded.

I'm not suer there is any time at WDW anymore that is just way, way less crowded. Hubby and I used to go almost every year the week after NYE, and the parks would be VACANT--no lines, nothing. We got very spoiled. 5 years ago we started noticing less and less of a difference. I was there twice during value seasons last year and it was amazingly crowded (from my perspective.) I've been several tiems during Pop Warner and it has not been an issue and we were in values and are childless by choice. I would go first week in December.

We do not have children either, so I gues I was just wondering what would be best....So far it sounds like either the Saturday after Thanksgiving or the
2nd week in December.

We are going the Sunday after Thanksgiving until the following Saturday. Everything I've been reading in guidebooks says that is a slow week. But everything I'm reading on here doesn't seem to agree with that statement. Has anyone been to WDW during that time?

I was there last year and left the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. I went to MK on Monday and everything was walk on. It was GREAT!
