I was wondering when peak hours are? I want to go get breakfast with my daughter (2) but I don't want it to be crazy and wait a long time. I was planning on going at 7:30am and then drive to the Magic Kingdom for opening at 9am.

7:30 am would be a peak time as everyone else wants to get to the parks early. We sometimes get cereal, croissants, juice the night before from the food court if we want an early start without going to the mad rush at the food court.

We, my wife and I, stay at Music every year. We go in February so it is a bit calmer at that time. My wife and I usually have breakfast between 8:30 and 9 and have found no problems finding a table to eat at or long lines to get our food. I am assuming every one wants to get up early to be at the parks when they open. At our age and based on the fact that we have been there and done that so many times, we find we don't need to early park experiance. Part of the fun of being older.

We usually tried to be there about 6:45 or so, 7:00 at the latest (all food courts, not just AS). The last few trips, we have brought things to have breakfast in our room.

Agree with PP that we try and buy our food the night before for breakfast. If you get there before 7, it probably won't be too busy yet. But 7-9, especially 7-8, seems to almost always be busy as everyone has the same idea.
