Putting VGC and Aulani into a Trust

I know the topic of putting WDW properties into living trusts has been covered in multiple threads over several years, but I am wondering if anyone here has experience doing it with VGC or Aulani.

We will be doing that soon, (or attempting to) and would love to collect any current existing experience.

I don't have the answer, but it's something that we will get around to doing at some point. Please post if you do it. I'll do the same.

I put my VGC directly into my trust when I purchased it. I simply listed the trust as the owner for the deed. If you already own at VGC, you'll need to legally change the deed so that it lists your trust as the owner. It'll technically be an ownership transfer, so it'll take a little time. You can do it on your own if you want to put in the time/effort, but there are title companies who can do it for you as well.

Can I ask the benefit of putting dvc cobtracta into a trust? We are trying to organize financial matters and this was not in our radar and maybe should be.

Like any other asset, if it is included in a trust, there will be no need for probate, and it can pass on easily to the next generation etc. If just listed in a will, it will need to go through probate, and can take months and money.
