When are park/emh opening hours published?

HOw far in advance are park hours published? We need to make ADRs with multiple allergic child and need to work out which park we will be in on which day so I can start looking at food choices then fast passes etc.

It's not till next year but it will also be food festival and Halloween so I want to be super organised!

As of today, they have hours published through 12/22/14. Hope that helps =)

They are usually published with park hours .... Disney is awesome with food allergies! With 48 hours notice table service chefs will make you an allergy friendly meal!!!

Once the hours are released, you need to keep an eye on them, as they can still be changed. My trip a few weeks ago I had planned DHS on an EMH evening, then they switched and it was no longer an EMH evening. This change came less than a month before the trip, someone posted it here on the DIS or I would not have known. I made some changes to my FP based on the change.
