When are 2005 discounts available?

Does anyone know when the 2005 hotel discounts are available?

Pass holder, Fan or Ent.

I can only speak for this past year as I was diligently checking room rates for Jan 16-19th (2004). The discounts came in about mid-Nov - so did a great sale from Hotelkingdom - their price was even less than Ent (but the rooms went quickly!).
