When and where should I buy our PAP with DVC discount for our September trip? Can I order them off the website with the discount? Would like to buy 2 a month for the next 2 months or do I have to buy them all at once? Do I need to wait until our trip and buy at the resort? Thanks.

You do not have to wait until you get to WDW to buy your passes. If you go to www.dvcmember.com and sign in, just follow the links to the PAP/AP discount. I just ordered mine this way the other night. They say that I will have my voucher by May 5th.

You do not have to buy them all at once. Your PAP/AP will not start until the first time you use them, so you don't have to worry about buying them really close to the time you leave.

Have you thought about getting the Disney Dining Experience card now that you are getting APs? With an AP, you can get it for $50, and it saves you 20% on meals in a lot of places. Here's a link to read more about it:

Sure - you can buy the vouchers one at a time - either off the DVC Members' website or IIRC, you can even call MS to order them. You do not need to wait until you get to the resort.

As far as I know, the resorts are still not equipped to sell APs or PAPs. If that is no longer the case, I'm sure someone will post soon and correct me.

If you want to buy on site, you'd need to purchase at one of the parks, or Downtown Disney Guest Relations. At those locations, you'd get the actual pass, not a voucher to exchange later. .
