When I made my reservation 8 months ago I requested a King bed room. Should I call to make sure they have my request? If I should what phone number should I use and when should I call? I am staying a Pop and won't be arriving until around 7:PM on the 14th of Sept.

If you want to call the resort, they won't have your reservation in their system until 3 or 4 days prior to your arrival. Because many of the calls now go directly to a call answering service, you may need to be very clear that you want to speak with the room assigning department of the Pop. They might end up sending you back to CRO, where you probably made your initial reservation.

Another option is to send a fax, which will go where it's intended, but there's no guarantee that it will be looked at.

Here's the phone and fax information from Allears, 407-938-4000

If you have your requests in your reservation that is all you need to do.

Good advice. And, for those that are following the thread, not the OP who did put their request on their reservation) if you don't have your requests on your reservation, call them now and get them added. You should use the same number you called to make your reservation.

Thanks for the info. I am not going to bother calling since it is already on my reservation.
