When (and how) do character buffets switch from breakfast to lunch?

Does anyone have recent experience with a character buffet (specifically looking at Crystal Palace and Hollywood and Vine) and what happens if you have the last breakfast seating? When do they stop refilling the breakfast items? If we have a 10:30 am reservation, are we going to end up with cold eggs and waffles?

We had a late breakfast reservation earlier this month at the Crystal Palace. No issue with cold food. However, they did close down half of the buffet while we were there in order to prep for lunch service. We were still able to get to any breakfast items we wanted.

We had a 1030 am at Crystal Palace last summer and are planning on that timing again next week. Even though we had a wait beyond our reservation time, we had plenty of opportunity to eat all of the breakfast yummies. As the other poster mentioned, they did begin transitioning to lunch while in there, but it did not faze our breakfast ability. I really enjoy this time period too because we can get in a few rides before breakfast, fill our tummys, ride another ride or two, and then break for the afternoon.
