It does not appear until your booking window opens. You can look at the port adventures and do your research before your booking window opens, however.

Are you a first time DCL cruiser? Then your activities(excursions/dining/spa/nursery/etc)/check in window opens at 75 days out.

That's when you'll find where to do it, as it's not available until then.

OK, with 7 cruises, you're Gold. Gold window opens at 105 days out.
