wheelchair/stroller parking in wwohp?

I will be renting a manual wheelchair for my mom when we go to IOA next month. She will need to use the wheelchair to get to WWOHP as I heard it's about half a mile from the front gates but once there, she can do some light walking. I have read posts about the stores and how small they are. Is there a place nearby where we can leave her wheelchair while she goes in the shops? Perhaps stroller parking?

I read through the posts on the disABILITIES boards but could not find an answer.

They don't have wheelchair parking outside of the stores but I have seen people just leave them outside along the walls.
