I've posted here before as we've been planning for our October trip. In January I experienced a trimalleolar fracture with many complications. Fast forward to now, and with the help of a great physical therapy team, I am walking again, without need for a cane. However, after walking for a period of time I do get fatigued in my bad ankle.
I suspect I will end up being ok during the days at the parks, but need a wheelchair when we return late afternoon/early evening. Are wheelchairs readily available then? (we are going the last week of October and would need a chair not an ECV).
I'd appreciate any thoughts.
