Jiko and Cali. Grill, both are just awesome!!!!

Jiko is our favorite. The food is great and the atmosphere is serene (for WDW )
As for ADR's for the restaurants that are being discussed here, they need to be made far in advance. It is unlikely that you would get a last minute (day or two before) reservation at one of these popular resetaurants.
Anyone can start booking an ADR at 180 days in advance of check in.
