Hello, I was wondering what some of you thought was the best Deluxe Resort Restuarant? You could base your decision on Location, Ambiance, Theming, Service, and of course Food! It doesn't have to be a sit down restuarant, it could be counter service, as long as it's in a Deluxe Resort location. Let the voting begin! :goodvibes

I'd have to go with the California Grill at the Contemporary.

Great food, unbeatable view!

Next.....................

my vote goes to Boma at AKL. We have always really enjoyed the food there and the atmosphere in AKL is fantastic. :thumbsup2

GF - 1900 Park Faire for breakfast and/or dinner if you like characters and great food.

So hard just to pick one.....so how about one from each my favorite deluxes! Sorry but I could not decide between these three!:cool1:

Artist Point at WL
California Grill at CR
Kona at Poly

Mrs. Disney Ron

I always vote for Citrico's at the Grand Floridian, quality and great service.

If money is no object then I have to go with Jiko. If the cost is used as a criteria then I'm gonna go with Kona.

Citricos at the GF. The salmon there is OUTSTANDING!!! (if you're into salmon).

We HATED the California Grill. The only restaurant at WDW we've ever truly HATED.

Jiko's is first but California Grill is a very close second. We never miss going to both of those on every trip.

Artist's Point at WL. Food, ambiance, service all outstanding.

Let me qualify by saying the only deluxes I've eaten at are Poly and WL, but between the 2 AP is the best. Although I ate at Kona and O'hana, the food itself didn't distinguish itself above anywhere else I've eaten while traveling.

Artist Point:
Location, love visiting the WL, great view from windows
Ambiance, tables aren't too close together, feels more private
Theming, beautiful woods-like feel of parks in the NW
Service, always been outstanding
Food, melt in your mouth halibut that was amazing, good wine list

Love Narcoosees and Citricos.....

However next trip we are doing Artist Point at WL and CG at the Contemporary:) With DD being 14mths old, dont want to take her out every night for a meal.....I dont mind giving up 2 TS:)

I'm surprised that by this point nobody has mentioned Victoria and Albert's which is one of only 46 restaurants in the entire country with a Five Diamond rating by AAA.
