I don't eat hamburger, but DD is making taco cups tonight with "veggie-burger crumbles"- those are good. Won Ton shells (2 layered criss-cross in a muffin tin), small scoop of beans, veggie crumbles (or ground beef) COOKED, topped with shredded cheese and in the oven a bit to warm it all up and melt the cheese. yum.
