What's your favorite, must have "adult" beverage at WDW?

What great info on adult drinks.

We are going to WDW in Dec. I am going to write down all the great suggestions.

Anything with a decent amount of booze that is not sweet (no pina coladas, slushies or sparkling wines for us please).

A blast from the past that some CM's at the Tambu lounge still know how to make is the Seven Seas cocktail. I'm not sure what's in it but if you have more than one you'd better have your room number written on the back of your hand)

Also, I love the coffee drink at Morocco. I think it's called the Casablanca: espresso with vanilla liquor and whipped cream. I great after-dinner, pre-Illuminations drink.

I forgot about the coffee drinks in Morocco! I've had a couple of them and they have been really good. Especially when we were there last December in the cold

DH and I always make it a point to pick up a glass of champagne in France, when visiting EPCOT.

Nothing says "Welcome Home" like a Rum Runner or Turtle Krawl from the Gurgling Suitcase at OKW. YUM.

I am also a huge fan of the Lapu Lapu and make it a point to stop at the Poly for one every trip now.

Also, the pool bar at the Boardwalk.... it's not on the menu anymore but the Roller Coaster is another favorite and it'll definitely make you feel like you're on a Roller Coaster. A lot of the bartenders still know how to make them.

Kungaloosh Cocktail:

1 1/4 ounce vodka
1 1/4 ounce Malibu Rum
3/4 ounce Midori (melon liqueur)
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 splash cranberry juice

Kungaloosh Slush:

1 cup Daily's Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
1/4 cup blackberry brandy
Ice to desired thickness

Turtle Krawl:
1/2 oz Castillo rum
1/2 oz Bacardi Silver rum
1/2 oz Malibu rum
1/2 oz Myers dark rum
Splash Grenadine
Splash Key lime juice
Equal parts orange juice and pineapple juice
(And more rum! Rum everywhere!)

Glow-tini:
1 ounce Skyy Citrus Vodka
0.5 ounce Bols Blue Curacao
0.5 ounce Bols Peach Schnapps
1 ounce Sweet & Sour
0.5 ounce Pineapple Juice
1 Shiny Object

The Lapu Lapu has no recipe but a little research reveals it's essentially a Yellow Bird with a float of Bacardi 151 (the stuff with the scary "keep away from heat" warning right up front on the bottle) and served in a pre-hollowed-out pineapple.
