What's your favorite, must have "adult" beverage at WDW?

1. Lapu Lapu at the Poly
2. Grey Goose & Grand Marnier Slush from France
3. Not yet mentioned here, he like the Viking Coffee from Norway (coffee, coffee liquer, and Bailey's) which goes great with the sweet pretzels or school bread from the same shop!

Grey Goose Slushie - France (Also found them at DTD).
Godiva Chocolate Martini - Le Cellier
Gorillas in the Mist and Pineapple Express - Planet Hollywood.
And there were some particular good beers in Germany. Don't remember which ones. By the time we drank around the world during the Food & Wine Festival, I lost track of what drinks I had.

I didnt drink the last time we were there b/c I was pregnant, but I remember my DH having an African beer of some sort at AK. Think he said it was ok...cant remember for sure :confused3

Anyways, I am subbing in so I can get some ideas for an adult drink or two when we go back next year :lmao:

Welsh Dragon and Irish Rose @ Rose and Crown (Yes I had both of these during ONE reservation). They were soooo good and refreshing. I admit I was tipsy though when I tipped our server and I gave her more then I normally would have :rotfl2:

It's hard to pick just one. I love the Grey Goose in France (last time the also had a Pom slushie not sure if it's still there) The Backscratcher, Lapu Lapu

1) Magical Star cocktail with lighted ice cube :goodvibes
*This beauty is available at many restaurants
2) Lapu Lapu - Poly
3) Grey Goose Slushy - Epcot by France

Anyone of the above are a treat!

This is why I love the fact that we are on the dining plan. When we get the bill, we only have to pay for the alcahol!

So many fellow Lapu Lapu lovers! :goodvibes I will never, never go to Disney & not have at least one. I dream of it. :cloud9: It's awesome! I don't care that they are expensive I have to have at least one every trip!

After the Lapu Lapu comes the Blood Orange margarita at La Cava. I used to really love the Grand Marnier & Grey Goose Lemon slushes. I still like them & they are very tasty, but for that kind of money I want a drink with some actual alcohol in it! The Blood Orange margarita wins hands down. One & I'm done.

have not had the lapu lapu but looks like its going on my list for our Nov trip! :)

My favorites are the Welsh Dragon (rose and crow ) and Magical Star cocktail (at most WDW restaurants.. Soooo good!!!)

What special beverages do you love and where can you get them? On our first trip I discovered the Glowtini & three years later it's still part of our at home cocktail repertoire. I'd like to discover a new beverage this time, even if it's something that I can't replicate at home. I'm curious about what everybody's favorites are.

Thanks so much!

The one in the pineapple at poly. Lapu-lapu. and the frozen slushie grey goose lemonade thing at the cart in france.

In no particular order

1. Lapu Lapu
2. Pina Colava
3. Grey Goose Slushie
4. Champagne at the lounge at the GF

Oh, and I love tasting all the beers in the countries. Germany is the best, but I'm partial since I lived there for 3 years.

You guys are awesome! I'm glad to see that the glow cube is still in use in spite of my favorite (Glowtini) having been retired.

And I love the variety of drinks that you're all coming up with. I'm not a big beer drinker but my better half loves the opportunity to try new and different ones.

Bass Ale from the kiosk in the UK right next to the Rose and Crown Pub and then stroll across the bridge to France and enjoy a baguette and cheese plate.

Definitely the Fiesta Margarita! So nice to sip on a hot day as we are walking around World Showcase.

I gotta say, I finally tried a Lapu Lapu on our last trip, and I really didn't like it. Not sure if it was made wrong or what, but it just tasted like straight-up alcohol, no pineapple flavor at all. I definitely want to try it again though to see if that was just a bad one, or if I really don't like them!

Now i'm really craving a cider, a cucumber margarita and a blood orange margarita. Thank goodness its only 4 more weeks til I'm there.

Last time we were at WDW we were doing the monorail drink-a-thon I asked about getting the Lapu Lapu without it being served in the pineapple and if I am not mistaken it was only 7 or 8 dollars:thumbsup2

We also liked the top shelf Long Island Iced Tea that was made for us at the Grand Floridian. I was also surprised at the cost for this. It was only $11.
