What's your favorite Moderate?

Trying to decide what to do. Tell me your favorite moderate and why it's your fave. I'll be at Disney in September. Curious if anyone is staying at a moderate in Sept and for how much.

This will be our first Disney vacation, so I can't speak from experience, but I can share what we've decided and why.

We have decided to stay at the Coronado Springs for a few reasons. The first reason is internet access. It has high speed and wireless which is important since dh is taking online classes so he can stay connected. We also like that fact that the food court has a variety of options...mexican, chinese, soup and sandwiches, pizza, grill station. We like the big pool (my son is excited about the water slide) and kid play ground and rec. activites like renting a water mouse. The rooms also come with a blow dryer and coffee pot (and I think iron and ironing board). It also has a health club and spa services---who knows I might use that. All in all, it just seems to offer something more then other moderates, but still less then deluxes. It does attract conventions and business, but that also appeals to us. I've heard only good things about their busses to the parks. Before deciding on CSR we were looking at Caribbean Beach, but it was the internet options that won out.

We'll be staying at POFQ for the third time this Sept and with the code our standard room is 95.78 a night. We've stayed at CR twice and WL and AS. So we have tried all levels and I like POFQ the best. It is well-themed, we've never had a noise problem, the walk to the main bldg and buses is short from any room, kids love the slide at the pool, the food court is good and you can walk to POR to enjoy their pool, good playground and food court.
Only personal drawback is the full size beds. We always have a car and I appreciate the easy walk to the parking lot.

POR has a lot to offer as well, but just looking at the distance between the buildings and the main area wears me out. I get enough walking each day at the parks, excessive walking around a resort isn't my idea of enjoyment.

We like Caribbean Beach Resort for the theming and island feel. The landscaping is beautiful and the rooms are bright. We like there is a main pool and quiet pools in each island. Old Port Royale is another reason we like CBR along with the boating and biking activities. We like relaxing on the beach hammocks in the middle of the day or at night.

We are staying at CSR in September. Stayed at CBR last year. We liked it alot, but want to try something new. We are very excited for CSR. It looks beautiful.

Well, we haven't stayed at all of them, just POR and CSR, but I would definitely go with CSR! Beautiful resort, great service and fantastic location!

DH and I along my my in-laws are going to CBR this Sept. for $85 plus tax per night - this will be our fourth stay. We absolute love CBR - every single time we make reservations for another resort we always come back to CBR!!!

We've stayed at POFQ, POR and CBR, and we liked POR best. The landscaping and room theming in Alligator Bayou is amazing, the quiet pools are gorgeous, the boat to DTD is great, the food court is good. Sorry for the run-on sentence, but we really liked it best of the moderates. Mind you, if the pool is the most important thing to you, we liked CBR's pool better, and if mobility is an issue, we'd say POFQ. But, overall, we liked POR best.

I happen to love POR - it is my favorite of all the moderates.

although the swimming pool at CSR is definitely better.

I like the overall atmosphere at POR much better.

We've only stayed at one moderate - CBR - but we loved it! The tropical theming and bright colors just say "Vacation" to me! The quiet pools were also nice. The resort is very spread out but we liked that because it made it feel very private - and it was actually quieter than some of the deluxe resorts we've stayed in.

I love the CBR. I love the Island theme and decor. Its definitely my favorite moderate.

The POR / Dixie Landings . I love it there
I stayed at the CSR and wanted to move to the POR after the 1st night of a 6 night stay . They were full so we stayed put . I know lots of people love the CSR but I was glad to leave and have vowed never to darken thier doorstep again.

The WL is my all time Fav resort , but when I cant get it then I love the POR.
I think with the new code ZXPL the POR is around $82.00 a night
