Looks like there's a lot of new food items in that area since we went last time. What are your favorites?

Anyone had the Asian-style street corn at Cocina Cucamonga?

I've had the corn it was pretty good. I liked the birra tacos better though. The Baymax macaron is cute and tasty but nothing too special about it. My husband had the Karaage chicken sandwich and it was good, I might get that next time.

We like the birria tacos, karaage chicken sandwich and curry bowls. That said, each time we ordered the curry, it tasted very very different. One time was good Japanese curry. Another tasted much more rich, with a greater depth of flavor. The last time, it was overly salty - as in inedible.

We like Nutella, so the Baymax macaron is one of our favorites. The best is the Mickey Snickers macaron, but it is only available during Food & Wine.

We really like the shrimp crab salad sandwich from Aunt Cass. Light but tasty and the milk bread adds a nice touch.

I’m also a fan of the Japanese cheesecake, but you have to like that type of texture.

Of everything from Lucky Fortune, we’ve found the karate-inspired chicken items to be the most consistently good.
