Some discussion elsewhere expressing desire for the Magic and Wonder to continue sailing for a long time made me wonder which ships are most beloved by Disboards users. If you can't decide on just one favorite, you can pick more. And if you can, tell us why you like your favorite ship so much!

My favorite is the Dream. It edges out the Fantasy because I prefer the theming of the bars, the Admiral Donald atrium statue and Sorcerer Mickey statue on the back of the ship, and I like the shows a bit more. Plus, it's the one they've been sending to Europe (we've sailed the Caribbean so much already)

wonder! its size, the cast really gets to know you, destinations since were on the west coast it makes it more convenient

i also voted treasure, we did it in may/june and although it was bigger it still was a great time and beautiful ship

Fantasy! She was our first and I always have a great time when we sail on her. Second would probably be the Magic.

The Magic, because I like the rectangular pool! TANGLED is my favorite stage show..”Beauty and Beast” my second.

The Treasure is my second favorite. I think she’s just stunning. “Moana “ is great and the Coco restaurant is my favorite!

I voted the Wonder and Magic. The Magic due to being our first and second ever cruises :) While our last two cruises have been on the Wonder, with a B2B on the Wonder scheduled next year.

For me, the two classics provide a more intimate experience, due to having fewer passengers on board. I honestly have no desire to cruise on one of the larger ships.

The Wonder is my favorite, but it is followed by the Treasure. We have sailed on the Dream the most though.

It does amaze me that the Treasure and Wish have the exact same layout, but are so different as the Wish is my least favorite ship. But I would still sail the Wish in a heart beat.

Same re: the Wish is my least favorite but the Treasure is my second favorite! If it wasn't for the adult only area (which is just so bad) the Treasure could have tied with (or edged out...?!) Magic for most favorite.

I feel like the Dream class ships have several things I would consider upgrades or bonuses from the Magic class: Midship Detective, Goofy Golf, Magic Portholes. I find it interesting that they did not include any of these upgrades on the Wish class. I have not sailed Wish class yet. I can see the Hero Zone being fun for kids of the right age. Uncharted Adventures sounds like a mess based on what I read in another thread. And there is no replacement for the Magic Portholes, which seems like a compelling consideration for sailing in an interior stateroom.

The Dream and Fantasy are my favorites, mostly for the adult pool areas. Satellite Falls, the sun decks on the sides of it, Currents Bar, the Cove Bar and Pool...that's what I look for in a cruise. The bells and whistles of the newer ships are cool but give me a nice sun deck and pool and I'm happy. :)

I picked Wonder and Magic, our first 2 cruises. I like the smaller ships better. I prefer the adult area on the smaller ships. But I did enjoy some of the extra stuff on the Dream/Fantasy like balcony seating, Midship detective agency, and mini golf.

The Wonder is my OG favorite, but she has been fading for me ever since they took over the upstairs of Cove Cafe for Concierge. I haven't actually sailed on her in years... the Fantasy is pretty much perfect for us now. She sails longer itineraries reliably, I love satellite falls, the concierge area is easy to ignore, she has an AquaDuck and a full running deck.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed so many areas on the Treasure as well, but it just wasn't enough for me to forgive how disjointed the ship feels as you walk around. We skipped night one of Marvel since we already experienced it on the Wish, but the second night had even less going for it. Plaza de Coco was great theming wise but the food aside from appetizers was meh. I loooooooved how many mocktails were available but the adult area is still too small, as was Scat Cat. It was always full to the brim when we tried to go, so I never got to enjoy anything there. The extra incidental shows and experiences with Sage and Coriander were a real delight for me too.. if they had made better use of space and flow she could have been a new favorite.
