I vote for Chef Mickey's, too.
When I brought my son, age three at the time- it was perfect. I could get him mac and cheese and some fruit and he was a happy camper.
The characters came around to him and took the time to let me take pics, sign autographs and play little pranks.
It was noisy, so it kept him occupied when the characters weren't right next to him. They had a birthday parade that he was the leader of and he loved singing and waving the napkins in the air. The food (from an adults point of view) was ok. Not 5 star, but good. I figured I paid for the experience of the whole evening and not just a meal. For this price, I didn't have to wait in a hot line outside for hours to get 30 seconds of "face time". My son played, ate, sang, danced, told jokes and played little pranks for about two hours...well worth the price.
