bowl of Cheerios (small bowl, I buy the individual boxes at Costco)
sliced banana
skim milk
egg white omelete (I buy Costco brand "Egg Beaters") with peppers, onions and garlic that have been stir fried in a little olive oil
tiny, tiny bit of butter to keep the omelet from sticking in the pan
about 6 oz of 100% pure grape juice - nothing artificial added
2 cups of coffee - non-fat creamer and sugar
I love, love, love breakfast and love to eat it as dinner. I like to go out to breakfast to eat more than I like going out to dinner. I especially love breakfast buffets at WDW. Yummy! I haven't been to Boma's yet, but I'm trying!
After eating too many McGriddles from McD's, I had to start eating a "little" healthier.
My breakfast since I started SB has been a peanut butter & jelly sandwich on oat bread. (reduced fat crunchy peanut butter [PeterPan of course!] and sugar free Smuckers Strawberry preserves.) I'm sure this is cheating a bit but I tried the no sugar, no sodium peanut butter and it was disgusting!!
One thing I refuse to give up is my morning chocolate milk (no...I'm not 6...I'm 35!). I now make it with Skim Milk and No Sugar Added Nesquik.
I too love breakfast food...I remember on my first date with BF...14.5 years ago...we ended up at Denny's at about 4am and I was eating Chicken Fried Steak, scrambled eggs, hash browns and toast. Fond memories...brings a tear to my eye.
I am not a huge breakfast fan. I don't like eggs, pancakes, waffles, french toast...etc. But I do love bagels with cream cheese or an english muffin with butter. For breakfast at work I usually eat Special K w/ berries.
My mom LOVES breakfast and eggs. The rest of my family also likes breakfast but not me.
Cheese omelette, pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, french toast, and more. Breakfast is my favorite.
I am also a rich chocolate ovaltine junkie.
Don't forget to drink your ovaltine.
